These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AuditSolz ("Service"), operated by SecureSolz ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of service

AuditSolz is a software-as-a-service platform that helps organizations assess their readiness for CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) compliance. The Service provides assessment tools, AI-powered gap analysis, remediation guidance, and document generation.

AuditSolz is a readiness and preparation tool only. It does not constitute official CMMC certification. Official CMMC Level 2 certification requires a third-party C3PAO assessment conducted in accordance with DoD requirements.

2. Account registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rates in effect at the time of your subscription.

• The 3-day trial costs $4.99 and converts to your chosen monthly plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Early bird pricing is locked in for the duration of your continuous subscription.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month.
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to process or store data that you are not authorized to handle

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting providers).

Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, during which you may export it. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated guidance is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Service does not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureSolz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
